Who we are

The Goodness Collective is a group of leaders walking together toward lives, organizations, and cultures marked by goodness. We offer shared language, best practices, platforms for lateral learning, and frameworks for leaders seeking to carry goodness into their workplaces and everyday work.

Who we are

We are not a corporate brand or a closed platform. We are a collective—walking together toward lives, organizations, and cultures marked by goodness.

We exist to help goodness move from beliefs and ideas into practice—by forming leaders who want their faith to meaningfully shape how they lead, decide, and build. We do this by cultivating shared practices, methods, community, and ideas that carry goodness into the workplaces where people spend so much of their lives.

Who we're for

The Goodness Collective is for practitioners who carry real responsibility for shaping goodness within their organization—and who are committed to building businesses that serve people and the common good, not just the bottom line. This includes:

  • Founders or executive leaders with primary responsibility for vision, culture, and long-term direction
  • Those who steward functions such as philanthropy, serving, community engagement, people and culture.
  • Those who believe business can be a force for restoration and flourishing—and are accountable for making that real

If you’re moving beyond good intentions toward durable practices—seeking clearer structure, greater impact, and a community of peers who understand the weight of being a champion for goodness—you belong here.
